Step 1: Know what you want
What character(s) would you like? A portrait of yourself? Or a new wallpaper for your desktop? Come up with something cool, or refer to my price tables πππ

Lettering: $10
Promotional Use: 50%
Solid color/gradient BG: Free
Small details BG: $5

Real people, Fanarts, Original Characters, Character design, Character Reference Sheet Blood/Gore/ Violence (to some extent)
π I WON'T DO:
Explicit sexual content, Furries, Mecha/Robot/Machinery, Hateful content
Compile a list of details and references π
Consider these things when making your list:
Body type?
Hair + eyes + skin colors?
Hairstyle
Eye/mouth/eyebrows/nose/face shapes?
Heritage?
Age? (how old they appear)
Special marks on their skin?
Clothes? (if you don't have a specific design, what style do they wear, or their aesthetic? what kind of world or era do they base their clothes of? any similarity to an existing character in major media?)
Accessories? Objects that they carry with them? (weapons, books, potion vials, etc.)
Tell me a bit more about their personality so I can best capture them
The pose you want them to be in
Any animal companions?

Step 2: Think about β¨Stylesβ¨
Here are some examples of the styles mentioned above. These are typically in my range, however, your bro is very versatile ;)






If you prefer some other specific art style, please mention it when making your list of details and references.
Step 3: Talk and Transactions
You know what you need, now it's time to communicate the brief to the artist (me)! And trust me, this step is simpler than it sounds.
1 π Hit me up with an email or a DM to share your ideas
2 π We will discuss back and forth the details of your order, I can make suggestions if you don't have ideas on certain things and let you know further what I'm able and unable to draw
3 π I have the rights to refuse any commission order if I am uncomfortable or unavailable.
4 π I will start the project once all details are discussed. I will send you an invoice first.
5 π After receiving a partial payment, I will start working on your piece. We can discuss the amount to work best with your situation.
6 π My turnaround time will be 1 week to 2 months. I will let you know if there are changes in my schedule.
7 π I will send the progress of the piece as I work. You can also ask for WIP at any time.
8 π You are able to make changes at each stage or any time you request a WIP.
Major changes after the artwork is finished will be charged an additional fee depending on the complexity.
β° Please provide me with a deadline that you want to have your artwork finished by. This helps me plan my work schedules and for you to receive your order on time.

πͺ All payments are made through Paypal (Currency: USD)
πͺ A transfer fee of $2.84 for PayPal will be added.
πͺ Payment upfront OR Partial payment from $10. After the line art WIP is sent and approved, you are expected to pay the rest of the fee.
πͺ Payment upfront for Line art orders.

πΈ Artwork that has not been started: Full refund.
πΈ Completed line art, uncolored: Refund 50% + WIP file
πΈ Completed lines, colored base, unfinished details and render: Refund 30% + WIP file
πΈ Finished artwork: No refund
Step 4: Enjoy the Wait

Step 5: The aftermath
I finish the piece in sweat and tears. I hand over the files to you with a magic link. You're satisfied with the results, now there's only what do with the artwork.
π Promotional Use:
You will pay an additional 30% to use, own, and profit from the artwork.
π Personal Use:
You can use as your profile/cover picture, share on social media, use to illustrate your story that is published online (on tumblr, wattpad, ao3...), print out, put onto your wall, gift for a friend, and other non-profit activities.
